Do I need to be home?

Not for exterior details, as long as we can reach the car. For interior work, leave the car unlocked or hand over the keys.

Do you need my water or power?

A spigot and outdoor outlet make things quicker. No hookups? Pick "No" in the form and we'll plan around it.

How do I pay?

In person when the job is done. Nothing is charged online.

What if it rains?

We'll text you to move your exterior detail to the next dry day. Interior details usually go ahead.

How do I cancel or change a booking?

Call or text 831-900-8470 with your reference number. A day's notice is appreciated.
